Dear Honorary Customers, the RETURN and REFUND policy of Techtunes.tech are given below:-
- In the case of ordering online, after receiving the product, if any manufacturing issues or problems are noticed or discovered then the customer has to inform us within 24 hours via our customer support or our hotline service.
- Our specialists will review the product first and then take the necessary steps to change the product if it is in need of replacement.
- If a customer wants to change the defective product through our delivery service, then a charge Of TK. 200/- has to be paid as a replacement charge inside Dhaka and if out of Dhaka, only the Courier charge is applicable.
- If a Customer is buying any product from our Website after reading the description and provided information’s about the particular product and is received successfully without any faults and later if the product is not compatible with your setup or if you do not want it anymore, then you will not be allowed to change or return the product.
- After purchasing a software/software license, return or refund won’t be applicable
- For specific reasoning, product(s) will be allowed to be returned and refunded back to you within 3 to 7 working days and in the case of online purchase, the procedure may take longer to execute.
- Refund charge applicable for Bkash / Online.
- If customers found broken or packet damaged product then we are requesting not to receive the product from courier service. If the customer receives courier damaged product then he/she have to take his/her own liability and any kind of complaint won’t be acceptable.
Conditions for Returns
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. If the product was delivered in the second layer of Techtunes Shop packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with the return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
Note: It is important to indicate the order number and return tracking number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delay in process of your return.
